From the very beginning when we were researching the Prius and the dealers in our area. We rented the Prius with Shakeel Litt who took so much time to show us how to operate the PRIUS. Then Chris Davis who made us feel so at ease and welcomed. Then the service that worked out so beautifully we dropped off our car, was given a courtesy car then returned in the afternoon to find our car ready. i had been looking for a used car for my 18 y/o daughter for months. i had purchased a used car for my 19 y/o daughter the year before and was dreading the process. i like shopping on auto trader but had go for months. i had purchased a used car for my 19 y/o daughter the year before and was dreading the process. i like shopping on auto trader but had gotten sick of dealers who left cars posted for weeks afer they had been sold just to get you to come in i suppose. i decided to start shopping at dealers one by one until i found what i needed. i live a distance from naperville but i knew there were many dealers on ogden ave. i had printed off a few cars available at toyota of napervile but truly expected them to be gone like so many i had gone to look at recently. to my surprise they were all there and actually looked as nice as the pictues! dave greeted us and walked the lot with us. he listened to what i was looking for and did not try to sell me something way out of my price range or a style i wasnt interested in to make a sale. i appreciated his knowledge of the cars offered and he didnt have to run back and forth looking up information. i test drove a pontiac g5 on your cool test tract and felt comfortable with my choice. the purchase went smooth and quick and the car was ready when he said it would be...the recall work was taked care of and a door piece replacement part i inquired about was ordered and will be sent to me when it come in. wow! that didnt hurt at all! dave i will keep your card on file and hopefully the next car will be mine!
