I can’t give a good review to any business that I think does not honor their contracts. When I bought my truck I negotiated free lifetime oil change as part of the deal. When the new owners bought this does not honor their contracts. When I bought my truck I negotiated free lifetime oil change as part of the deal. When the new owners bought this dealership they claimed they acquired the assets but not the liabilities of the former owners and are now refusing to honor that agreement. The previous owners saw the benefits of having the customer come in for service. I bought new shocks, belts and hoses, and had at least a couple thousand dollars of service over the nine years I have owned the truck. I now have no incentive to take my truck back to the dealer, and no incentive to buy another (4th) vehicle from this dealer. Not smart on their part. More

We had been in the market for a hard to find model and reached out to this dealership to inquire about their next allotment. We made a reservation with them a month ago. However we found a better deal an reached out to this dealership to inquire about their next allotment. We made a reservation with them a month ago. However we found a better deal and exactly what we wanted at another dealership. Since then, we have left multiple messages, emails and texts without return communication from anyone. Based on their lack of communication and obvious customer service, I will never recommend this dealership and will post this review on other sites as I feel basic customer service skills and communication shows a minimum bar set for integrity and trustworthiness.
