WORST service experience I've ever had at a dealership. Had a 10 am appointment for routine check-up and oil change. Was told service would take about 2-2.5 hours (not sure what the point of an appointment is with that long of a wait). Then told it would be ready at 2:30, at which point my service advisor (along with most of the other advisors) disappeared and couldn't be reached by radio, text, or phone. Didn't get my vehicle until 3:30 with the WORST wash job ever (was spotted all over and dirtier than when I brought it in). The poor cashiers, who had to deal with all of the fall out of customers waiting without advisors, gave me contact info for service manager Wes to contact in regards to the issues with a letter about how they strive for "TRULY EXCEPTIONAL" service. Emailed him and left a message on the website and NEVER got any response back. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! More
This dealersip is awsome. Our sales person, Mohammed Merchant, was very knowledgeable and since our purchase of 2 vehicles has been able and willing to answer any questions we may have. I would highly r Merchant, was very knowledgeable and since our purchase of 2 vehicles has been able and willing to answer any questions we may have. I would highly recommend Mohammed for any of your Toyota needs. More
They need to keep a Supra overnight for an oil change or recall? 🤣 Other local dealers are able to and have done vehicle recalls and service within 4 hours, and have the car back to you same day. Maund Ser recall? 🤣 Other local dealers are able to and have done vehicle recalls and service within 4 hours, and have the car back to you same day. Maund Service insisted on keeping the car overnight without a clear explanation or option for a loaner or way of getting around. The vibe I got from the writer was “give me you car and go away” I ended up declining service. The service writer stated that the reason was that they only had one lift for the car. This recall was for an ECU flash on a Supra. Why does it need a lift if the ECU is getting flashed? He stated that the Supra is always an overnight hold vehicle even for oil changes 😑 Straight lie! I had an ould change done here already that took 2-3 hours and overall oil changes can be done in 1-2 hours for the Supra. I have also confirmed with Cedar Park Toyota, Autonation Toyota, San Marcos Toyota & Toyota of Killeen that this recall for the Supra does not require a lift nor do oil changes need to be overnight. If they have to lie about an oil change, who knows what kind of story you’ll get for real maintenance or service. Maund, I understand that you are a high volume dealer, but if you’re unable to keep up with service or have techs on site. Please say so instead of some reason that makes no sense at all. I even called ahead to see if this could be done and was quoted over the phone that it would be up to 4 hours. Upon arrival I was told otherwise. Did not get the writer’s name, nor was there a name tag. But upon leaving the service yard, the writer was a bit rude while giving directions and seemed like he was having a bad start to the day. I simply missed the turn in the yard and he was not happy about it. C’mon bro I dont know the layout of your yard for the exit, and I get it, CS can be tough but no need to be rude or snappy. Does Maund have a wellness program for their staff? Our family has purchased many vehicles here in the past and I’ve recommended friends to do business with Maund Toyota as well. However, if service has now evolved to this, I cant say that Maund will be my first choice when it comes to purchasing a vehicle and I definitely do not plan to visit he service department ever again as there is no trust or integrity there. Majority of people would not realize but for those who know your car, take it to Cedar Park or Killeen. They will treat you nice and be upfront with you. After $60k out of pocket, you get this type of service from Maund. Good luck! 🏎 More
Shannon Brady makes the car buying experience pleasant. This is the second vehicle I have bought from him. Also the service department has been excellent. This is the second vehicle I have bought from him. Also the service department has been excellent. More
Wes and his team always make sure my service experience is seamless and my car is up to date with all the service repair and maintenance require.
