Took my Sequoya for routine maintenance and minor but concerning vibration coming from the front suspension.When normal tire balance and rotation didn't cure it, master mechanic took over and diagnosed concerning vibration coming from the front suspension.When normal tire balance and rotation didn't cure it, master mechanic took over and diagnosed rare issue with one of the tires.Thank you KP for keeping me informed through out the process and working diligently to address my concern. I went in thinking I would not get approved, but Alvaro Peres Guerrero and Anthony Falsetti got me into a brand new 2021 Toyota Corolla the same day and at the price I told them I needed to stay at. We could not have asked for a better experience! Our salesman, Anthony was exceptional.
