Jerry Hernandez - what a great guy i called Jerry the day before I brought the truck in for repair, letting him know I had a deadline - when I arrived, he took the truck right away and i called Jerry the day before I brought the truck in for repair, letting him know I had a deadline - when I arrived, he took the truck right away and completed the repairs in the time he told me he would. He is very professional and yet at the same time concerned about the issues with the truck, making sure I had the correct information and not insisting I get other things done.
