Battery Replaced battery, coil & spark plugs. When I picked up the car Jerry asked me if I wanted the old battery & I said yes. I took the battery back to Wal Replaced battery, coil & spark plugs. When I picked up the car Jerry asked me if I wanted the old battery & I said yes. I took the battery back to Walmart & they said the battery checked good underload & they wouldn't give me any prorate on it. I called Jerry & he asked me how much I had paid for the battery & I told him & re rebated me that amount and gave me a credit for the labor they had charged me to install the new battery which I can use on my next service visit. Jerry went way out of his way to make feel that Maund really cares about their customers More

Qwadre Clayton was our sales rep and he did an excellent job listening to what we wanted and our concerns. He had complete respect for our budget and worked tirelessly to be sure he was offering us the best options at the best price. While we weren’t sure we would be able to come to an agreement the first day, thanks to Qwadre’s determination, excellent customer service, and explanation of the benefits of our deal, we came back the second day and made it happen. The rest of the team-Brody, finance and title, were also great to work with and ensured we were comfortable moving forward at every step. We are now a three-Toyota family and CMT customers for life! Very weird attitude Was reached out to by many different dealerships when I submitted my information through AMEX car buying program. Shannon was one of them. Had only Saturday to try to tour as many dealerships as I could and unfortunately Shannon wasn't going to be in town that day. Left me his partner's info should I be able to swing by in the afternoon. Unfortunately for Shannon I was able to find a great deal with another dealership, making my life much easier in the end. Shannon reached out and when I told him I went with another Toyota, he accused me of taking his number and running with them to the next dealer. I was taken aback by this lack of professionalism, so I told him even though I hadn't thought of that, I should've done it. Shannon then went out of his way to tell me he was blocking me on his phone. Seems like Shannon knows what hes doing, so hopefully he was just having a bad day. I just know that as a salesman myself, this is totally unprofessional and uncalled for. Buyers gonna buy, and if its not from you, try not to throw a tantrum. More

We live in San Antonio and there is a CarPro Toyota dealer in town, but we did not have a good experience there. I called up and talked to Shannon Brady and told him the type of car that we wanted, including exterior and interior colors, and he found it for us. He offered us a good and fair price for the car. There was no pressure or crazy games involved. Just very good information and service. We recommended Shannon to our daughter and son-in-law and they purchased a new Sienna from him in December. We highly recommend Shannon and Charles Maund Toyota and the CarPro program. More
