Very professional and nice and keeping me update on the progress. I extremely pleased when it was done. Looked as if wreck never happened and not to mention its lifetime guarantee on parts! This experience as usual with Toyota is outstanding and never a disappiment. They go above and beyond. My car looked in the end as if it was never had an accident. Service Appointment on 2018 Camry During my 1 yr servicing appointment, I waited near the checkout area. I heard servicemen go over what they did on the clients’ cars. Two were told about the service done and that their cars were WASHED. They had a 0 balance as did I since my car was 1 year old with less than 5000 miles. I’d like to know why my car wasn’t washed. Between my son and me, we purchased at least 6 cars in about 2 years. Melia in sales was so helpful and knowledgeable. More
