It took two weeks for the insurance company to decide whether to just clean the carpet or replace it. The insurance company was not communicating with me or my service advisor. Of course they took the cheaper route. My service advisor, Angel, was so patient. We weren't sure if a moldy smell would remain, but Angel and his crew took care of everything, and my RAV 4 is as good as new. More
