Excellent welcome to Austin Appointment on 6/19 to have an 2012 Camry Hybrid from PA inspected for TX registration. Inspection fine, but immediately after leaving the lot, tire Appointment on 6/19 to have an 2012 Camry Hybrid from PA inspected for TX registration. Inspection fine, but immediately after leaving the lot, tire pressure gauge alerted. Returned to the dealership, and our service rep (Derek Newman) had the screw in one tire repaired at no cost ... even though it was not clear that it was picked up in their lot. All representatives were extraordinarily courteous and pleasant towards all customers. Prices a little high, but you get what you pay for ... quality is the highest. More

Terrible Experience Me and my wife had a terrible experience here. We came in knowing the exact vehicle we were looking at. It is quite a large purchase for us so we were Me and my wife had a terrible experience here. We came in knowing the exact vehicle we were looking at. It is quite a large purchase for us so we were taking the time to get multiple quotes from different dealerships in the area. We came into Charles Maund after speaking to a salesman on the phone who had told us they had the exact vehicle we were looking at in stock. When we arrived I immediately told him that we were not interested in making a final decision that evening but that we would still like to see the car and discuss price. The salesman proceeded to tell us multiple times how they are the highest selling dealership in the area and that was for a reason. He then told us that the quote we had from another dealer was "impossible" and there was no way he could match it because it was a bait and switch price. After trying to bring a manager in the sales office with us to try and pressure us into buying that evening the salesman told us that he did his job with no commitment from us so we should purchase that evening. At this point it was obvious that he felt we were wasting his time so we left and and bought the car the next day at Autonation in south Austin for the "impossible" price they had originally quoted us. I’m sure this will end with their typical copy/paste response from their one girl that has to deal with this and nothing will actually get done and no one inside the dealer actually even cares or hears about it though. More
