Wow! A new car for me for Christmas! I was bringing in my 2010 Prius for battery health check. Arlo called me the night before and talked with me about the possibility of a new car. I thought it would not be possible for me but I said I would meet with her the next day. I met with her and with Miguel on Friday 12/23/16, took the information and spoke with my financial advisor on 12/27/16 about how to deal with the additional monthly payment, and later that same day (12/27/18) drove away with my new 2017 Corolla with 30 miles on it when I got it. I am VERY pleased with the car and with the service from every person who helped me along the way: Arlo, Miguel, Brandon were the key helpers, but everyone I came in contact with was super-friendly and helpful.
