As Malia was busy with other customer, she immediately introduced me to her associate, Martin McDowell who showed me the Camery I was interested, took me for a drive and answered all my questions. Both Martin and Malia gave me information on Lease vs. buy option. They were kind, professional and non-aggressive. I mentioned to them that I will be making decision in 2-3 days. After seeing the place and how many people were buying cars I asked Adam what options I would have if I wanted to get into a SUV he asked me what was important, like features and or space. I told him for me it's my budget, he made a few suggestions and asked me if I've ever leased and if I would consider it. So then he told me about the perks of leasing and explained the difference between lease and purchase both features and benefits. I think I'm going to consider he was very helpful. I asked if I could share with a manager how helpful he was he said there are a few places we can leave a kind review that has ways of getting in front of multiple people.
