Excellent I feel that I got a good price on a new Tundra Crewmax. Fast work, amazing customer service I walked in the repairs/service area and met up with Chris Heimann and he immediately stopped what he was doing to help me out and explain everything I walked in the repairs/service area and met up with Chris Heimann and he immediately stopped what he was doing to help me out and explain everything to me. I dropped the car off and I was on my way in minutes. He called me with updates during the day and he gave me options that worked best for me. Came to pick up the car later in the day and I was paid and driving away within 10 minutes. Chris Heimann is a solid guy with a ton of positivity and enthusiasm. Sony is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, FUNNY, and was very patient when we were comparing options and prices. We didn't feel at all pressured and we are very happy with our new Camry Hybrid. The financing process went smoothly, as well. Shout out to Santana Coronado, Business Manager, for his help with that process. When I brought in the Camry for window tinting, Sony coordinated that procedure, as well: He even offered to lend me his personal vehicle so as to avoid the loaner/rental process; I declined, but his was a thoughtful and generous gesture. @Sony Aap bahut achche hain!
