6 month checkup I was promptly met in the driveway. I was directed to a waiting room. I had control of the TV remote and saw the program I wanted. When it was over I was promptly met in the driveway. Biggest waste of time We have had hours of time wasted on a repair we were promised to then have them lin to us and avoid us. They will not do what they say. DO NOT TRUST!! Excellent I feel that I got a good price on a new Tundra Crewmax. 15,000 mile checkup I was met in the driveway by Jerry Hernandez, who helped me the first time I came in and was awesome! He made sure I got my oil change and tires rotat I was met in the driveway by Jerry Hernandez, who helped me the first time I came in and was awesome! He made sure I got my oil change and tires rotated and updated my service contract to 36 months. I had to wait less than 1 hour and he took me to the checkout counter and then walked me to my truck when I was finished. I really appreciated the personal touch! Thank you Jerry! More

Fast work, amazing customer service I walked in the repairs/service area and met up with Chris Heimann and he immediately stopped what he was doing to help me out and explain everything I walked in the repairs/service area and met up with Chris Heimann and he immediately stopped what he was doing to help me out and explain everything to me. I dropped the car off and I was on my way in minutes. He called me with updates during the day and he gave me options that worked best for me. Came to pick up the car later in the day and I was paid and driving away within 10 minutes. Chris Heimann is a solid guy with a ton of positivity and enthusiasm.
