That's why I nearly didn't go to Charles Maund Toyota - many of the most recent reviews raked the dealership over the coals for poor sales and service. I'm happy to state that we had an exceptionally pleasant experience purchasing our new Toyota car. All the sales, finance, service and business folks at Charles Maund Toyota were very helpful, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and caring. And most of all, they were committed - committed to helping us get the best car, committed to helping us get the best deal, committed to helping us get the best experience. As a part of our purchase process, we visited other dealerships of other manufacturers too, and compared to the experience we had at Charles Maund Toyota. Honestly, the other dealerships came across as grumpy & misanthropic compared to how wonderful the folks were at Charles Maund Toyota. Where Toyota went out of their way to meet our needs - and more - others (especially Honda) just seemed to want to be rude, uncooperative and difficult. Our primary sales executive - Mark DeArruda - was amazingly friendly, patient, helpful, understanding and caring. And most of all, he was honest, open and genuine. The other sales, finance and business guys - Jon, Shelley and Coronado - were well-informed, helpful and cooperative. All of them worked in concert to help us get exactly what we needed - their philosophy seemed to be "you should never need to look elsewhere because we're the best". And they tried really, really hard to live up to that doctrine. We've always trusted the Toyota brand for the quality of its cars, and if they continue to maintain this exceptionally high quality of customer service in their post-sales car service, I don't see any reason to go to any other dealer or manufacturer for my future car needs. More

I already had a vehicle of Toyota, So I originally wanted to buy one of different company from Toyoda. But my mind was changed after talking with Y Lee at Charles Maund Toyota. He gave us great explanations of some cars and offered great prices. I wanted to buy a kind of sedan because I already owned the Siena. I talked with each sales person of above dealer shops and did test drive. Then I made almost of my mind to buy Honda Accord, even though I negotiated with a different Toyota dealership. If I didn't have visited Charles Maund Toyota and didn't have talked with Y Lee, I would have bought Accord. I appreciate to all of Mr. Lee's efforts and kindness. From the minute I walked in (holding an email from Matthew McCreight who had answered me within 5 minutes the night before) I could tell this was a special place. I have never been in a car dealership that was so intent on providing superior customer service. I could try to explain in detail all the special things that Matthew did in order to get me my beautiful Corolla, but I'm not sure anyone would believe me, I just know that Matthew and the entire staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, aware of the process, and that I would walk out with a new car that was right for me. Matthew's attention was constant. Even though he's a manager, he was either by my side or checking in every five minutes. I told Matthew what I needed and he found me what I needed and more. I wasn't alone. I had my blind brother with me and unlike many other places, my brother was just another client -- but one that was treated as well as any other customer. That was special in and of itself. It takes class -- and you can't buy class. You either have it or you don't. I highly recommend Charles Maund Toyota, Matthew McCreight, and Santana Coronado for their professionalism. It was a wonderful experience and I will never forget it. More
