Terrible Customer Service! Appt was Scheduled for 3pm Saturday-checked in at 230pm, didn’t leave until after 6pm! At check in I was advised it “could take up to 3 hrs”, so Appt was Scheduled for 3pm Saturday-checked in at 230pm, didn’t leave until after 6pm! At check in I was advised it “could take up to 3 hrs”, so I said ok fine. At hour 3 I text the link back asking for an update- crickets. after waiting 7 min for a response I walked over to the tech and asked what’s going on with my oil change. He said your car is next * granted there were other customers that checked in AFTER me for the SAME service that left well before me! I was so upset I spoke to the office manager and he checked into it and said my car would be ready in about 10 min. So my car was skipped over for approximately 2 hours and Rahmin (tech) never followed up. Needless to say, I didn’t pay a cent for the service, but this is about the principle. Since these folks took over customer service has gone to xxxx and I have been a loyal customer since 2016. One of the young ladies apologized and said something about cutting hours- uh yeah NO. There were twice as many employees than Charles Maude ever had there, and did not look like cutting “hours”. Sad thing is with so many less employees, Charles Maude staffing moved so much faster than these clowns. This is how you lose on your reputation score. More
