I am extremely upset. I just got home to my daughter's house and they rotated my tires and threw my rims on the ground and they're all scratched up. This is unacceptable. I cannot believe that they did these to my wheels on my car. I am furious that they took no more care than that. On top of it I asked them to replace the battery in my key fob. They did not do that. It is still difficult to get inside my door of my car I have never had such careless horrible service in my life from a dealership. The wheels on my car are all scratched up. I am absolutely furious I will be calling the dealership as soon as I finish with this review More

Service was mostly good but they messed up my display settings. Even the clock was changed to an odd time. I had to wait 20 minutes to get my car after I paid and then only because I complained. This dealership is always exceptionally busy and they do a good job of handling the volume of customers. My Tundra was in their possession for 4 months waiting on the replacement engine as part of the Toyo a good job of handling the volume of customers. The problem I have with this repair and service is when I picked up my Tundra there was a large dent on the driver's side rear fender. Notification of the damage should have been made to me prior to picking it up, now after 4 months waiting for the engine replacement I will need to have the body repaired. I left a voicemail with the Tech and have not heard back. This is a big problem for me. More
