Our team takes great care when servicing vehicles, and we thoroughly document their condition upon arrival. In this case, we have clear video evidence showing the wheel damage was present prior to service. Additionally, our quick service area does not have any curbs or surfaces that could cause this type of damage.   Regarding the key fob battery, we’d be happy to recheck and assist further.
