Former associates that were previously handling our vehicles were great! However, we started noticing different behaviors as of a few years back (2-3). 1. We are being offered unnecessary servicing options as if they were required or imperative for our vehicle's correct functioning. We have been Toyota vehicle owners for the past 10+ years, and had several different models, but are considering no longer being Toyota customers because of these changes. More
