Very disappointing service! Didn’t answer my simple text about the status of the car 2 hours after I dropped it off. The bill was very unclear exactly what the charges were for. It felt very unprofessional and I highly doubt I will return for future service which is what I told the service guy. More

Horrible at service prioritization with technicians and time management of vehicles. Too many advisors, not enough technicians who are doing the actual work, which causes vehicles to be there for 5+ hours time management of vehicles. I brought my car in early at 11:30am, but they didn’t even start on it until 4pm and they close at 7pm. My car was there for 7.5 hours and they didn’t even do some of the things I requested in my reservation. A waste of time. I live 30 mins away so it’s not like I can bring my car in whenever I want. What’s the point of a reservation? They need to organize their operations because that’s ridiculous. More

Not customer service oriented. My SA was nowhere to be found. I wasn’t provided any updates during my wait. As I was leaving I overheard another client that drove off with numerous issues that weren’t addressed. It seems his SA was cut from the same cloth. At least they offer coffee and donuts while you wait…? More
Terrible Customer Service! Appt was Scheduled for 3pm Saturday-checked in at 230pm, didn’t leave until after 6pm! At hour 3 I text the link back asking for an update- crickets. after waiting 7 min for a response I walked over to the tech and asked what’s going on with my oil change. He said your car is next * granted there were other customers that checked in AFTER me for the SAME service that left well before me! I was so upset I spoke to the office manager and he checked into it and said my car would be ready in about 10 min. So my car was skipped over for approximately 2 hours and Rahmin (tech) never followed up. Needless to say, I didn’t pay a cent for the service, but this is about the principle. Since these folks took over customer service has gone to xxxx and I have been a loyal customer since 2016. One of the young ladies apologized and said something about cutting hours- uh yeah NO. There were twice as many employees than Charles Maude ever had there, and did not look like cutting “hours”. Sad thing is with so many less employees, Charles Maude staffing moved so much faster than these clowns. This is how you lose on your reputation score. More
