Service department unprofessional I had to call every day for 20+ days to find out about my vehicle and in the process my car was damaged sent to the Bodyshop. I requested pictures of the damage after I was for 20+ days to find out about my vehicle and in the process my car was damaged sent to the Bodyshop. I requested pictures of the damage after I was repaired never got pictures and I was treated very poorly. I would not recommend it. No way you know how I’ve been treated better at a small mom and Pop shop which surprise me it being a certified Toyota dealer and I am a big Toyota fan. More

Brantley Cheat, service technician greeted me and advised he would take care of my service for my Tacoma truck even though I did not have a scheduled appointment. Brantley was very courteous, prompt and professional and I appreciate the customer service I received. More
I got a few things done to my car, oil change, new drive belt, new power steering fluids. The overall service quote with tax and service fees was 524.27. I signed and agreed to the quote. When I got to the counter, I was told that my total was 642.14. I asked how it could be $120 more than what I agreed to pay. The service people were being rude and telling me I miscalculated tax and service fees and I showed them the quote I signed for. They redirected me to my service advisor who kept telling me I was wrong and wouldn’t even look at the online total I signed with the breakdown. We kept going back and forth until he agreed to calculate each service and said “oh, you’re right,” and proceeded to not look at my online service quote but just asked me how much I should pay and didn’t bother to apologize or help me understand the $120 surcharge. They ended up charging me 50 cents more than the online total but at that point I was just over it. I won’t be coming back here again. More

I’ve been complaining about my brakes squeaking since I purchased car. During my first service visit, I asked them to look at my brakes and I was told they were fine. I brought up the brakes again during t purchased car. During my first service visit, I asked them to look at my brakes and I was told they were fine. I brought up the brakes again during this visit (which was quite some time out since I had knee surgery) and I was told there was an issue that was going to cost me $245 to be fixed. They also told me I have 3 or 4 other issues ranging in cost from $66 - $250 each. Of course I wanted some answers because while the car was still under warranty I was told everything was fine despite my numerous complaints of there being an issue. I was given the run around and transferred for times back and forth between the service department and the used car department where I purchased the vehicle. At one point someone even said “bye” and hung up on me because of my frustration over the continuous transfers. I’m the end my issues were never resolved. I just picked my car up and will be getting the brakes and 4 other random issues they said I have resolved somewhere else. When I arrived, my assigned service provider was no where to be found and someone else brought my vehicle and walked me to the service desk. I previously owned 2 Mercedes before this and now I understand why the service costs so much. I have never been treated this way when it came to servicing my vehicles. More
