Our son purchased a 2025 Tundra from Toyota of North Charlotte early May. Since that time he has been trying to get a cancellation form on Gap and Powertrain policies as he is refinancing thru a local Charlotte early May. Since that time he has been trying to get a cancellation form on Gap and Powertrain policies as he is refinancing thru a local credit union and those policies are not needed. The dealership has ghosted his requests. After multiple phone calls and email, we have added the General Manager and Director of Finance to the communications to hopefully get this resolved. Hoping the commission they are getting from the policies, offset this negative review!! No vehicle is worth this hassle. More

Brandon was very professional, well-spoken, communicative and helpful. Previously, I never selected a specific advisor for my appointment visits. However, I will be scheduling future appointments with him given my positive experience, especially considering how anxiety-inducing car issues can become. More

After more than three days of back and forth with optimistic comments that he’d do right by me they informed me that the price of the vehicle had gone up because “it was very desirable”, so nothing off on the sales price. They misrepresented the mileage by approximately 50% less than actual (claimed ~10k, but was close to 15k). They add a non-negotiable “premium protection package” on every vehicle for $1,979 that includes a flashing brake light module (can be bought for $25 and a 10 minute installation), an inspection, one oil change, and 2 tire rotations, the latter three only at a Hudson facility, of which there are none near me. They also include lifetime power train warranty (again, Hudson facility), but the vehicle had gold certification which provides 7 years/100,000 miles warranty already at any Toyota dealership. Note: the customer isn’t given a choice in this premium package; it’s forced upon you. To top that off they offered me far below trade value for my vehicle; a truly laughable price. I wasted way too many hours on this scammy dealership. 0 stars; do not recommend. More

I was extremely unhappy with my experience at Toyota of North Charlotte. I inquired about a Camry they had in stock online and was contacted by their internet sales staff. Sticker price on the Car was $4 North Charlotte. I inquired about a Camry they had in stock online and was contacted by their internet sales staff. Sticker price on the Car was $40,235, the unlocked price was $36,129, and the salesperson told me it was even less at$35,400. I specifically asked if the $1,000 Camry Loyalty Rebate was included and she told me know that all rebates would be applied after I came to the dealership if I qualified. Like a fool I took her at her word and drove 21/2 hours to the dealership. When I began speaking with the salesman I asked what the price of the car is and he kept saying he would let me know. After looking at my car, 2022 Camry XSE premium Plus Package, they made the insane offer of only $22,000. My car has never been in an accident, no dents or scratches, garage kept, and low mileage (27,600) so under 10,000 a year. KBB Auction price on my car for very good condition is $27,500, Excellent is $28,500. The manager said he could come to the $35,400 price including the $1,000 rebate but there was no movement on my trade at all. He stated his best offer was me financing $31,000 which in reality means they were really only offering about $19,000 for my car. I left the dealership feeling like they were trying the old bait and switch move on me. I am terribly disappointed with my experience at this dealership and would never recommend it to anyone. Dishonesty is not a way to sell cars. I have owned 6 different Camry's in the last 12 years and am a serious buyer planning to purchase a new one again in the future but not from there guys. If I could give them a 0 I would. More
