The time he says it will be done it is done, the work recommended is never overwhelming and each time I come in he is not selling or pushing anything. Osvaldo will always let me know if something may need attention next visit or if they did find something, explains how and why and the urgency of it. Being a resent Widow, I am so grateful to have the wonderful relationship built before this happened. I never have any anxiety about being it in for service, in fact I receive all my service from him, from regular oil changes to batteries, brakes, etc. More

Don't trust what anyone says over the phone! Very deceptive and dishonest!!! I saw a vehicle online and called in to get more information. I let them know what I wanted to pay out the door, which was not far from the advertised price, and was told by the person I was transferred to in the sales department that "they wouldn't loose our business over money" and that they were a family owned company and would definitely work with me. I reiterated the price and told her it was an hour drive for me and she said "not to worry" and to come on over. After my hour drive I was told that the lady had not "promised" me that price and that I wouldn't get it at that price. Then they gave me a "discount" which was masked by giving me a price without the dealer fees when the original price included the dealer fee, and I only found this out because I asked. I wasted almost 3 hours of my time because of the "not to worry" on the price I gave them. The manager kept repeating that she never promised me anything. Well an honest person would say...don't drive an hour, we can't give it to you for that price. And that is that. We would have taken it for the MSRP if we hadn't been toyed with in that fashion. But just on principle, we walked out, never to trust or return there again! More

Stress Free I hate getting my car serviced because when I leave I feel like I have the worse car on the road. The service rep would tell me I need to get all the I hate getting my car serviced because when I leave I feel like I have the worse car on the road. The service rep would tell me I need to get all these things fix on my car when it's only a year old. I get really bad anxiety when it's time to take my car in for a simple oil change. However, this time around Ray was so helpful he gave me my total upfront, called me when I was done and told me what serviced I need to get done without the extra pressure. Thank You!
