Scott Imbastari - Service Advisor Scott Imbastari greeted me as soon as I pulled in to the drive through for my service appointment. He was very polite, introduced himself, checked my Scott Imbastari greeted me as soon as I pulled in to the drive through for my service appointment. He was very polite, introduced himself, checked my car in for regular service and made sure I knew my way around the waiting area and that there was free coffee available. A few minutes later he came and let me know that he had checked in the computer and that my car was up to date on any recalls. After talking to the technician about the inspection on my car, there were two other recommendations that he explained fully and said they were not immediate concerns, but that I should consider having them done soon. I also mentioned that I heard a belt squeal a few days ago, and he had the technician check it out and everything checked out fine. What I really appreciated about Scott was that he kept me informed and told me the truth about what my car needed. I have had other service advisers try to talk me into every service under the hood. Sometime I can't just drop hundreds of dollars on a service appointment, so I appreciate knowing that I can trust Scott to let me know what is absolutely necessary and what can maybe wait until next time. After my appointment I let Scott know I would be requesting him when I make appointments from now on. More
