It was a great experience, I came into the dealership just to see what my options were in order to purchase a Toyota Tundra, to my surprise I saw a tundra that was marked down. Aly was very courteous and friendly, he suggested we write it up and see what happens. John Rios in my opinion went above and beyond to make my visit there a pleasant one. After the paperwork was done and he turned it in, he checked with me often to asure me that they were still checking things, he explained the contract to me so that I could understand what was beig done. Shawn Sibley was friendly and took the time to explain everything to my understanding, answered any and all questions that I had. This is the only Toyota dealership I have bought my vehicles from, I love the service and the friendly faces that greet me each and every time I visit. Derell Roberson is the best customer service advisor. Courteous and attentive. I was taking my Sequoia to a local mechanic out of convenience.
