I saw a 2021 Toyota Rav4 listed for a good price on AutoTrader.com. I inquired, and it was available. They sent an email with the wrong price - $1,000 more than the AutoTrader listing. I checked to mak AutoTrader.com. I inquired, and it was available. They sent an email with the wrong price - $1,000 more than the AutoTrader listing. I checked to make sure the price was really the price advertised, and a salesman named Omar confirmed it was. I drove 45 miles to Richardson, and was helped by a nice salesman named Amine. I test drove and decided to purchase the car. Then they started talking about all kinds of extra "fees"... I said I would only pay their asking price, plus tax, title and license fees. When that was taken back to the "manager" I was presented with a final price that added over $2,500 to the purchase price, and was told that was the best deal - they had overpaid for the car and couldn't sell it for the advertised price. That's when I left. Deceptive pricing practices, a form of bait and switch. Beware this dealership. Both Omar and Amine were very nice. Management obviously plays games. Then I went to another Toyota dealership and purchased virtually the same car for a bit less than the asking price at Toyota of Richardson... AutoTrader.com shows the price at $34,893 and the return email from Toyota of Richardson showing "today's price" of $35,967. I also have a screenshot of my phone where they clearly told me the price was $34,893. More
What an outstanding experience I have had with this dealership. With Theo Jones help, I recently purchased a 2022 Camry. The price was very good, they met all my requests with no problem. Along with dealership. With Theo Jones help, I recently purchased a 2022 Camry. The price was very good, they met all my requests with no problem. Along with the mangers consent Saad Hatouga we all managed to make it a perfectly amazing experience. They did not promise things that could not be obtained they were very honest, upfront and easy talk to. I felt like I was treated so wonderfully that I would always return to this dealership for a new car. More
Update: Update: Saad Hatouqa (Sales Manager) called me and asked me to come over to discuss this issue. After reaching the dealership, I would say, I had a very pleasant interaction with him and his team and asked me to come over to discuss this issue. After reaching the dealership, I would say, I had a very pleasant interaction with him and his team namely Prince (Adedolapo) and Zach Johnson. Zach was there with us till 1.301PM to close the deal. They bought my MDX back more or less for the same cost that I paid for and gave me very good deal on 2020 Toyota Highlander. Here, I should also mention Curt Mills from finance team for staying back till 11.30PM and helping us to close the deal. 5 STARS from side and I recommend this dealer. --------------------------------------------------------- Ugly Business and after sales support is a joke I never spent time in reviewing any business like this. But I want to do to help future buyers to be cautious and not get cheated. I bought a 2019 MDX Hybrid from your dealership on last Friday and got my vehicle End of the day around 9PM. After receiving my vehicle while I am returning home, I found 2 issues. 1. I got the vehicle filled with half a tank of gas. So, I tried to fill up the remaining and I found gas popping out from the tank or fuel pump stops after 0.2 gal fill up. 2. LKAS never worked though it says ready for activation with empty dotted lines on a small screen. So, I returned to dealership on next day (Saturday) and met my sales guy, informed him about the issues what I found. But as I reached dealership after 5PM on Saturday, he suggested that I come back and visit the service department directly on next business day. On Tuesday morning 11th April 2023 at 8.30 AM I visited service department and they kindly informed me that I should not be there without prior info from sales or whom so ever. So, I went back to sales guy and informed about the same. Then, he checked with his manager and came back to me with two docs saying I bought it AS IT IS and I am on my own. When I am buying this vehicle, they have said they have tested the vehicle, and it is technically fit. As a customer, I expect the same from a dealership who was in business for 2 decades! But, when I went back next day with problems in the vehicle they sold, they changed their words and turned the face. Getting someone accountable in this dealership is a joke!! I left voice mail and sent couple of email to General Manager, nothing worked. I guessed this outcome after my bitter experience at their service center saying that I should not be there for service though I bought vehicle from them a day before, I spent another $4K and bought warranty for 3Yr/36K mileage that will kick in after 60 days. I felt like I was cheated. The guy who filled gas for my vehicle on the day it got delivered knows it has problems. But still they sold it saying, they tested everything, and it was technically fit!! Be careful if you want to buy from Toyota of Richardson. More
Avoid Patrick. He is the worst salesman ever. Very unprofessional and rude. Find someone else to help you so your day won't be ruined by him. He is the worst salesman ever. Very unprofessional and rude. Find someone else to help you so your day won't be ruined by him. More

I wouldn't go to them even if they offered me a car at half price. Each part of the dealership is worst then the last. all they care about is money and not the customer. You can get better service at Walmart if you buy a three dollar pair of socks. But give this dealership 30- $40,000 and they still treat you like crap. there were too many bad incidents to list here, but just suffice to say with time and money I lost about $2500 with their scamming me. Worst dealership ever. More
I emailed Fawad Jafri several days ago for a test drive in a 2022 Toyota 6 cylinder Highlander. My wife and showed up at the appointment time. The sales manager had called previously about the test drive, in a 2022 Toyota 6 cylinder Highlander. My wife and showed up at the appointment time. The sales manager had called previously about the test drive, which was very professional. We arrived and met Fawad and he in turned handed us off to another salesman. A nice decent young man. We chatted and I told him I wanted the 6 cylinder and that I saw 2 of them on the website. He told us that the websites were not always updated. Not a good sign for a professional organization. We were told that there were no vehicles on the lot that I wanted to test drive. Now we had set this appointment with plenty of time to be to have told us that was no inventory of the 2022 Toyotas. Every salesperson should know what is in the inventory. What I saw on the internet had been there for weeks. I checked the site several times. Then was told that they do not allow highway driving, which is right next to the dealership. I feel like the old con game that has been occurring since the invention of dealerships. Experiences with dealerships like this detract from the quality of the Toyota. We were both looking forward to the test drive and had taken time out of our day to see if the ride an quality met our expectations. I guess not this time. All the dealership had to do was be honest with us. More
Bait and switch dealership. One price was advertised and presented in sales and financing, another price $10K higher was actually placed on my contract. I tried to work with D One price was advertised and presented in sales and financing, another price $10K higher was actually placed on my contract. I tried to work with Derrell Pinnock to resolve this, however on multiple occasions he promised follow ups and failed to follow up. He dodged my calls until I contacted the GM of the dealership, and only after this contact did he respond to me. He actually told me I was charged $4,000 for floor mats and keys. Ridiculous scam dealership and dishonest team. Look elsewhere, anywhere. Can't be worse than this dealership. More
