Update: Saad Hatouqa (Sales Manager) called me and asked me to come over to discuss this issue. After reaching the dealership, I would say, I had a very pleasant interaction with him and his team namely Prince (Adedolapo) and Zach Johnson. Zach was there with us till 11.30PM to close the deal. They bought my MDX back more or less for the same cost that I paid for and gave me very good deal on 2020 Toyota Highlander. Here, I should also mention Curt Mills from finance team for staying back till 11.30PM and helping us to close the deal. 5 STARS from side and I recommend this dealer.

I was sold a coating on my car and only after I signed the paperwork was I told that it could only be put on at your shop. I live in Greenville Texas, and so that would be a 2 Hour Dr. to get this coding that I never even wanted. But I finally decided I wasn't going to get anywhere with the dealership, even when I asked for my car back the next day, and wanted to negate the sale. So when I drive my car over, I have these extremely long wait to get the coating put on. when I went the first time, I was told they didn't have a car wash and I had to bring in the car already washed. In addition to that new fact, I was told that they only put the coating on in the early morning. This makes it nearly impossible for me to use the service. So I have to have someone else drive along, so I'm not stuck at the dealership for hours. This recent attempt at getting the coding in January, I had a friend follow me, so now you have the gas and time of two individuals to have to come from Greenville Texas. I was told that the car would be done in three hours. When my friend dropped me off, and I went to pick up my car, it hadn't even been started on, and I was treated extremely rudely by the service guy dealing with my car. When I went to complain to the service manager, he was condescending and snickered at me, basically with an attitude of tough s@$t. That did not surprise me because that has been my experience over and over with this dealership in the past couple of years. You tell me what you can do to make it right because now the $500 coding that they made me get without informing me that I couldn't get it in Rockwall, has expired. And even though I spent money on gas, had people follow me, tried to figure out how I was going to get my car over there and clean early in the morning, this coding has been put on my car one time. And now it has expired. I want my money back, which is what I said Saturday morning after buying the car Friday night. I went back to the dealership because of that and another problem were they lied to me about a discounted price for a specific reason. The dealership said they couldn't give me my car back. I went there about 10 hours after I purchased the car to express my dissatisfaction, and they said there was nothing they could do for me. This is just blatantly stealing money from someone and not providing services . I didn't even want this, but at least if I'm gonna spend two hours on the road to get this crap I was sold, they could put the coating on quickly and not make me stay in Richardson for hours on end. what are you going to do to help me? I shouldn't have to come up with a way for you to fix this. I called the corporate office and they said they would be calling the dealership. Yet no one has contacted me. I will keep making my story public until this dealership steps up and takes care of the customer. Shame on Toyota Of Richardson, and the management who does not take care of problems for its customers. You have my telephone number, so why don't you call me directly instead of responding to my rating and all of a sudden acting so concerned and wanting to help.

This is not your fault. But after this experience, there is just no way i will return. I expect a professional group of adults to discuss the potential purchase of a vehicle. That did not happen. There are other Toyota dealerships in the metroplex. I will make sure the ownership is not the same.
