Normally, I am pleased with my experience at Toyota of Rockwall, but this time it was a negative. I brought the car in in response to the notice on the dashboard said “service required immediately.” It tu Rockwall, but this time it was a negative. I brought the car in in response to the notice on the dashboard said “service required immediately.” It turned out that all it needed was tire rotation. I brought the car at 10:15 for a 10:30 appointment and it took them 2 HOURS to accomplish that simple task. No one made any effort to communicate with me as I waited. I was not charged, but my time has value to me and I have much better ways to pass 2 hours than spend them in your waiting area. More

Scam- Scam by Top Management. They never showed me the useless Rockwell Green Package but I HAD to buy it for a discounted $1,000. Verbally, Dontrell talked of many things that aren't on the short list a useless Rockwell Green Package but I HAD to buy it for a discounted $1,000. Verbally, Dontrell talked of many things that aren't on the short list and nothing is there that I would drive 41 miles for. Not even putting Nitrogen in my tires. Just a scam added by Top Management. $1,000 out of a veterans pocket for a scam. More
