We had an appointment for 2 o’clock we were 10 minutes early. It took over two hours to get the repair done. The repair should have taken no more than 15 minutes from a technician. I have owned 3-Toyota's, currently on my 4th. I have ALWAYS taken my Toyotas to a dealership for maintenance. My experience Monday was pleasant but specifically asked my Service agent *Justin, to CLEAR ALWAYS taken my Toyotas to a dealership for maintenance. My experience Monday was pleasant but specifically asked my Service agent *Justin, to CLEAR the Maintenance needed message. Well now it says MAINTENANCE Required!!! Which makes me believe that the oil and filter was NOT changed. I put the required synthetic oil in her, but have trouble trusting TOYOTA of Rockwall now. I left a message yesterday for the Service manager, but not phone call yet. PLEASE make this right for me and regain my trust. More
