For the second time in a year I've had an unpleasant experience with the service department. I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and checkup to ensure everything was good for my road experience with the service department. I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and checkup to ensure everything was good for my road trip. The work was performed and I was told no issues were found. I drove over 400 miles and 5 days after reaching my destination, I receive a text stating that my tires were rotten and that I had opted to have them replaced at another time, which was a complete lie. The work order receipt which was provided to me never mentioned anything of the sort either. Thank God I didn't have a blow out, wreck, or worse driving 400 miles on rotten tires! I'm in a rural area and now I have to drive another hour to try and purchase new tires so that I can make it back safely to Rockwall. When I called and spoke with my service advisor regarding the issue, I received an apology and was told to have a nice trip, nothing more. I will never take my car to Toyota Rockwall again. More
