Went in to get recall fixed and came out dealership saying i need other things fixed that cost over $4k and then for strange reason after getting airbag fixed for recall the driver side goes out and no saying i need other things fixed that cost over $4k and then for strange reason after getting airbag fixed for recall the driver side goes out and now that cost about 650 dollars to get fixed. I stopped going to this dealership long ago but thought they were better but guess not. never go there again More

We have always received great service here, until yesterday. The service advisor was very unfriendly when we checked in. Then when we picked up our vehicle, the price was $20 more than we were told yesterday. The service advisor was very unfriendly when we checked in. Then when we picked up our vehicle, the price was $20 more than we were told (for an oil change). When we questioned this, we were told it was because our vehicle took more oil that the normal 5 quarts. We asked why we were not told that when we checked in, and the service advisor very curtly told us that it was on the website. We didn't read the website! We expected to be quoted the correct amount when we asked the cost of the oil change! We were very disappointed in this service. More
