From the moment that I spoke to Jon Elizondo to going over the details of payment with James, I could not say anything other than praise for buying at Toyota of Rockwall. Jon answered the phone and wa over the details of payment with James, I could not say anything other than praise for buying at Toyota of Rockwall. Jon answered the phone and was polite and personable. We were shopping for a specific vehicle, allowed us to test drive one that was similar to the package that we want (ultimately buying that one) and even helped guide us that we were getting a better vehicle than the one that we were looking at ordering. James in finance was funny. Finance can be a taboo area for most people, but James broke the ice, had us laughing through some parts as we were waiting on approval. Through and through, from this experience, I will not only be buying my future vehicles from this dealership, but am moving the servicing of my vehicles to this dealership as well. More
