The dealership had our car for two weeks, and failed to fix two of the problems it was there for. They did not help us with our insurance to fix the problems from our accident. We arrived to pick our car u fix two of the problems it was there for. They did not help us with our insurance to fix the problems from our accident. We arrived to pick our car up and the associate looked at our rear tire which was flat. Instead of addressing the issue ( and we were told this was going to be fixed) the associate put air in the tire and said we were good to go. The dealership was going to let a mom and 3 kids get into a vehicle that wasn’t properly repaired and drive away. This is extremely poor customer service and a huge safety issue. They also failed to test the air conditioner after replacing the condenser. There was an issue with this and after we drove away, the problem was discovered on our end. We had to return to the dealership and spend another two hours waiting on the problem to get fixed. The lack of the dealership to correct problems after being discussed and their inability to fix problems is crazy. I will never do business with Rockwall Toyota, and will never recommend them to anyone. More
