Have been using Toyota of Rockwall for 8 years. Service has gone down in past year. Not sure what has happened. Before this year I would not think about going anywhere else. Best service ever. Also I was drinking a coke sitting about 20 feet from anyone else and the front dest girl in sales came over and told me to put my mask on while I watched a salesman sit at his desk with his on his chin. I did what she ask but I thought that a little ridiculous I haven’t had Covid, 66 yrs old so of course I sat in the safest area I could find and then she picks me out to correct.
