A Big Waste of Time. Worked a couple of hours with Jesus on emails and online information I filled out on their website. Got the numbers figured out or so I thought. Gabriel Hernandez would not honor the numbers for the same vehicle. Held the key to my car hostage for an hour. Now they have called me 15 times since I said I would not return. A big waste of time. I know it only had just over 3K on it, but they knew that when taking it in for our first oil change. it was our impression every 5 months OR 5,000 miles, and we have had the vehicle 5 1/2 months. A week and a half ago, I came in for routine maintenance and to order a broken interior handle part. Got a carwash and left. The next morning, I noticed that my passenger side tow hook cover was missing fro and to order a broken interior handle part. Got a carwash and left. The next morning, I noticed that my passenger side tow hook cover was missing from my bumper. I called and mentioned it to the service clerk and she told me that they would just assess it when I came in to fix the handle. I showed up a few days later. We had to wait a while once the handle was installed because "it was waiting for a carwash", but I didn't expect more for not making an appointment ahead of time. Matt Jones was really nice and personable and gave us routine updates as we waited. Before Matt was available, I told another advisor (woman with a patch on her neck) that I'm 99% sure that the tow hook cover came off in the dealer carwash a week before and to see if they could check to see if the part was in the back or if there was a spare somewhere. But she told me that it'd be like finding a needle in a haystack and that they couldn't cover the cost of the part. I don't think anyone out there is stealing tow hook covers, and the only carwash I've been to was the Rockwall dealer. Wish I could have gotten a little nicer service when dealing with the lost part. My husband and I arrived at 715PM and left after many lies and inaccuracies after 11PM. Unprofessional with talking to me and my husband (Karissa and Joey). Joey tried to pressure me to quickly complete financing (sign documents), when my husband left the room. Joey claimed, "he's (my husband) not going to help you if you're ever in a wreck" (Joey). Joey publicly engaged my husband in a verbal dispute that the Toyota of Rockwall payment estimate calculator did not offer an 84-month finance option. Joey claimed to know because, "I helped make it". When my husband showed on his phone the payment calculator with 84-months, Joey said, "That's a different calculator." My husband then showed the calculator was from the Toyota of Rockwall's website. Joey then explained that my husband used/inputted, "bad information". Karissa doesn't seem to understand why the RAV4 displayed on it's screen 14.9 MPG, which seemed to be a poor MPG number. She explained that, " The vehicle has only made short trips." When asked further, she explained differently that the vehicle, "Doesn't have a full tank of gas". My husband and I could not understand her reasoning as to how "short trips" and "a full tank" would have any bearing on the displayed 14.9 MPG. Badgering (Joey). As my husband and I left for the evening, Joey kept following us from his office to the front of the showroom floor. My husband had to ask Joey twice while walking to, "Please stop" when Joey wouldn't quit harassing with his comments. More
