Great facility and dependable service I had my car serviced at Toyota of Rockwall . They made me aware of the problem that my car had and they took care of it also offered a rental car be I had my car serviced at Toyota of Rockwall . Impressed once again A couple of years ago, our son bought a used vehicle from Toyota of Rockwall. I accompanied him, and Brian Dial provided great sales service. So whe A couple of years ago, our son bought a used vehicle from Toyota of Rockwall. I accompanied him, and Brian Dial provided great sales service. So when it was time for me to look for a new vehicle, I wanted to give them the opportunity again. When we entered the dealership, we were immediately greeted, and I asked if Brian was available. He was out on a test drive with another customer but, as soon as he got back, he came over to greet us. He let us know that he would be with us as soon as he finished with his current customers. After a short time, not wanting to pull him away, I asked the receptionist if she could ask Brian for a recommendation on another salesperson, as I didn't want to rush him. Enter Sue Elliot. Extremely cheery and personable, she immediately set to work helping us. We test drove a combination of new and used vehicles. She patiently allowed me to review each one, and I felt absolutely no pressure in making my decision. Once I had settled on a vehicle, the process was seamless, including a very fair offer on my trade. Brian even stopped by a couple of times to make sure that we were being treated well. We were able to drive the new car home the same day. Recommend the dealership to anyone car shopping in the area. I cannot imagine anyone at the dealership not providing the same great service as each person we interacted with that day. It just seems that the whole operation is run with the customer in mind. Will definitely be back. More

Terrible finance manager and salesperson I had to rerun to the dealership 5 times and make countless phone calls to get the paperwork right. The finance manager messed everything up so bad, I I had to rerun to the dealership 5 times and make countless phone calls to get the paperwork right. The finance manager messed everything up so bad, I had to resign the documents 3 times. She sold me a warranty for a used car when I purchased a new car and tried to charge me $1,800 for a maintenance package that only included 5 oil changes. When I contacted the salesperson I worked with she was only concerned with me leaving her a good review and was unhelpful in getting anything resolved. She never followed up to make sure everything got worked out. She only text to beg for a good review and asked that I not give her a bad review because finance messed up. The General Manager finally got everything corrected for me but it was a bad experience all around. More
