Deceptive advertisement and staff They post large discounts on vehicles and even confirm with text messages about the discounts but when you are there and ready to buy, sales person te They post large discounts on vehicles and even confirm with text messages about the discounts but when you are there and ready to buy, sales person tells you he didn’t know they had those extra discounts so they’ll have to up their fees. Then the manager comes and tells you since you are getting the discounts after all, he can’t give you the Toyota care free 2 year maintenance fir free! What??!! You’ll have to take snapshots for every change in offer so you have proof when they increase the fees, increase the rate, decrease your incentives, decrease your trade in value and increase the tax ( and yes they will on the offer and then make the necessary corrections on the final paperwork to still show the same total in the end). More
