Service for my new Tacoma. I found myself in Rockwall with an appointment cancelled. I do not like to waste a trip. So I called Toyota of Rockwall, entered the numbers for servi I found myself in Rockwall with an appointment cancelled. I do not like to waste a trip. So I called Toyota of Rockwall, entered the numbers for service and I was able to get an appointment within an hour and a half. I love the service center. I can sit and have a coffee and a cookie. The team is always polite and they get the vehicle clean and pretty again. Polite customer service people clean facility and they work quickly. More

Great service I went in for regular maintenance, oil change, tire rotation and tire repair. I was expecting only one tire to need repair but it turned out to be two I went in for regular maintenance, oil change, tire rotation and tire repair. I was expecting only one tire to need repair but it turned out to be two. Bradley reviewed my records and found that the tires were under warranty and replaced them. I was also concerned with a door lock not working properly and they reviewed and found it needed to be replaced. We scheduled for repairs to be made the next week. More
