Overall great experience Sam was a big help. Sharon was a very helpful low pressure sales person. The lady in financing took care of paperwork fast and had me on my way. Al Sam was a big help. Went out of their way to get me what I wanted I was trying to find a rare color combination for my Highlander, there weren't very many produced, and that color combination was selling like crazy. They located the exact vehicle I was looking for out of state, arranged to have it brought to the dealership and had it ready to go the next day. I was pleasantly surprised that there was a discount on the vehicle. I was in and out in 1.5 hours, during which I was offered goodies. The atmosphere was very low pressure and direct and the facility was clean. I will go here again. More

New salesperson - ok Mngr - Finance was bad terrible communi Went in Thursday feb 6 after work with a pre approved rate letter, the newly hired salesperson showed me the trucks i was considering based on what I Went in Thursday feb 6 after work with a pre approved rate letter, the newly hired salesperson showed me the trucks i was considering based on what I saw online. The tuck had an online price of 24,894, finance tried to pull a fast one and charge over 25k. I was the last customer that night, finance (Joe) messed up my date of birth and then he said he had to fix it so I couldn't get my paperwork until that was fixed. The next day I went in and she'd him what kind of rare I got on my vehicle, he said 6.5!!!! That's not going to work! What was the point of the pre approval!?! He started back pedaling and blaming the poor communication for that. At the end of the day the rate was fixed my payment went down i got 5 year bumper to bumper coverage but I had to get really uncomfortable with financing. It's a terrible way to do business. More
