New salesperson - ok Mngr - Finance was bad terrible communi Went in Thursday feb 6 after work with a pre approved rate letter, the newly hired salesperson showed me the trucks i was considering based on what I Went in Thursday feb 6 after work with a pre approved rate letter, the newly hired salesperson showed me the trucks i was considering based on what I saw online. The tuck had an online price of 24,894, finance tried to pull a fast one and charge over 25k. I was the last customer that night, finance (Joe) messed up my date of birth and then he said he had to fix it so I couldn't get my paperwork until that was fixed. The next day I went in and she'd him what kind of rare I got on my vehicle, he said 6.5!!!! That's not going to work! What was the point of the pre approval!?! He started back pedaling and blaming the poor communication for that. At the end of the day the rate was fixed my payment went down i got 5 year bumper to bumper coverage but I had to get really uncomfortable with financing. It's a terrible way to do business. More

Thorough maintenance, good customer service, reasonable wait I visited Toyota of Rockwall for my first scheduled service appointment. The service tech was very friendly, and took the time to discuss any mainten I visited Toyota of Rockwall for my first scheduled service appointment. The service tech was very friendly, and took the time to discuss any maintenance items I mentioned. It took about 2 hours, which I think is pretty reasonable, considering everything they did, including rotating my tires and a wash and vacuum. I'm very satisfied with Toyota of Rockwall in every respect. More

"NO HASSLE" was a total HASSLE Dealt with Robert "Hassle" Castle from the beginning. I informed him that I lived 1.5 hours away and wanted to handle everything by email before I mad Dealt with Robert "Hassle" Castle from the beginning. I informed him that I lived 1.5 hours away and wanted to handle everything by email before I made the trip to see the car. At first he made the price I found on Autotrader sound like it was a mistake but he would be willing to give me the price. Then the price was updated to match on their website. The price was good for the car. When it came down to the final number before financing there was a Rockwall Green Package fee added on to the price. $900 for free oil changes, tire rotations, nitro air in your tires and unlimited car washes...GREAT for someone who lives in the area. I asked if the Green Package could be removed since I would not be making a 70+ miles trip for a oil change or car wash, ever. Nope. No budging. No budging on the price. Not even willing to work with me. Asked for the General Manager's name and contact and he would not provide! Then he acted like it was a "HASSEL" dealing with me. I did not realize answering questions via email were not part of the customer service at Toyota of Rockwall. Totally unprofessional. Typical used car salesman. Bait and switch, DO NOT shop here. More
