Service on new vehicle First time to service my 2018 car and they did not do a good job. Not only did I have to wait for 3 hours, but after I told them to rotate my tires, t First time to service my 2018 car and they did not do a good job. Not only did I have to wait for 3 hours, but after I told them to rotate my tires, they didn't. I called them and the service person asked me "how do I know they didn't do it?" Because I am not stupid or blind. Not only did their manager never call me back, but I have to waste more time at the dealership tomorrow. I knocked off a star for presentation of the used cars. I saw about four cars. Three out of four were filthy when I went to test drive them. One I wouldn’t even get in.
