Went in to window shop .... left with a car I was rough on the sales team. Got the deal I wanted with getting less for my 4 trades than I expected. Nice facility. Overall we had a great time and the sales team was fantastic. Scott, the finance person we saw was also amazing. The entire team appears to be above par. Just need to fix the lag time to finance. It was nice experience but long process! One reason I don't like buying a car is the long process. Everyone was nice and professional. Started at 2pm, left at 6pm and I already knew exactly what I wanted - did a quick test drive. Review my car I was trading in, then waiting to see finance (1 hour). Then in finance was over hour. I have excellent credit, plus put significant down. You'd think by now, this process would be faster. NOPE! Next time, if I walk in with entire payment, would it be less time? I've already had my first 5,000 mile service with an appointment - waited over 2 hours! WTH. Go there before my 9am apointment and left after 11am. That part STINKS! I don't have all day to wait for my tires to rotate. What's the point of an appointment? More

Integrity goes a long way The sales consultant, Paul Greene, was very helpful and got an issue with the car taken care of very quickly. The price of the car was correct when I first reached a deal but once the paperwork was signed I noticed the price they sold me the car was almost $1000 more! Now, I realize I made a huge mistake in not verifying and I take full responsibility for that but I am absolutely furious that this dealership essentially stole a $1000 from me in their shady tactics. I will never do business at this dealership again and will never recommend it either. Honesty and integrity actually mean something to me, and it’s obvious Toyota of Rockwall does not share these same values. More
