They greeted me at my car as soon as I pulled into the service area. They promptly started on my car on time after offering me coffee and fresh baked cookies. Brad made sure I knew where the refreshment/waiting area was located as well as the ladies' room. They finished my car in the time they estimated and asked if I had any questions. I had had a glitch with my door locks (user error haha) but they showed me how to set it to my preferences. All in all, a pleasant experience. I would definitely (and do) recommend Rockwall Toyota for service or for purchasing a new car. More

Knowledge Our service advisor was not at all knowledgeable about services done to our car. He could not answer questions that we had about items done on our car Our service advisor was not at all knowledgeable about services done to our car. When you spend $500.00 the service advisor should go over the invoice, but we had to ask them before they did that and then he didn’t know what was involve with all parts of a basic service. My boyfriends family owned a new car dealership for 40 years and when people spend $ with you you should be able to tell them why. More
TERRIBLE PLACE!! We went to buy a 3 year old truck with 19,000 miles on it, so we wanted to take it to our mechanic before we bought it. The salesman called later tha We went to buy a 3 year old truck with 19,000 miles on it, so we wanted to take it to our mechanic before we bought it. The salesman called later that night (our mechanic appointment was the next day) and told us someone was coming to buy the truck at 530 that day so if we didnt come buy it immediately, it would be gone. The high pressure sales pitches where the salesman makes things up is just ridiculous! Already, we were a little weary of their tactic. We called their bluff and said if it doesnt sell, we will be there tomorrow to take it to our mechanic and shockingly, the truck didnt sell and was still there. We took it to our mechanic who said it needed $5,000 of suspension work and it had obviously been off-roading. The dealer claimed it wasn't logical since it was a leased vehicle and said their mechanics went through it and it passed inspection so no work needed to be done. Then said they misquoted us the price by $2000 on the email so there was no wiggle room for price to fix the broken items. We pointed out that even if they misquoted us $2000 (which im sure isnt true anyway, the car has been at their lot for 6 weeks now, weve been watching online as they lower the price every week or two), it needs $5000 of suspension work, so its still $3000 over priced. While they went to discuss it with the service department, the sales manager asked my husband who he would be voting for in the next election, then when my husband told him a couple of his maybes, the salesman commented something about us being "those kind of people" and started in on the tv shows we watch and who we support politically. This is NOT an acceptable conversation from a car salesman!! We ended up walking out and went to another toyota dealership where we bought a brand new sequoia and also a new 86, totally unplanned but the next dealership was so easy to work with and professional, we fell in love with the cute little sports car. More
