Sold car I was working a deal on rude management Spoke with Patrice Lightner about an out of state purchase. I filled out financing info and a rather involved and time consuming Kelly blue book report. I also emailed pics. The next day I received a call from a manager asking if I was still interested in the car. He then rudely asked what I was looking for. Kinda confused since I just told him I wanted to buy a car I answered that I was waiting for a price from Patrice. He interrupted and said well I can do that. After a min of hearing him on a calculator he says ......dollars. I said ok well what did you give me on my trade. He replied he had no idea I had a trade in. I then I asked him about what kind a finance rate they were able to get. He said he had no idea I had filled out financing with them. Not knowing anything about my deal and how rude he was I suspect he had someone ready to buy the car and could careless about me what else could it be. A hard sale from a manager with absolutely no idea what was going on with my deal just doesn't make sense. Yea I was right car was gone from their site and all others shortly after rude phone call. Purchase This is a yes and no answer for me. My salesman was great but , I thought the manager was rude. Thankfully I didn't have to deal with him again. Then This is a yes and no answer for me. My salesman was great but , I thought the manager was rude. Thankfully I didn't have to deal with him again. Then that night online I seen the car had a dealership discount. I was surprised because I had ask the manager what was the bottom line I could buy it for. I almost didn't go back because, of the way the manager had acted. I decided to call the same salesman the next morning. We agreed meet. I bought the car for what it was listed on the internet and paid $500.00 for a 2 year service fee. a nightmare I am a 72 yr old lady who lives alone. After being in the hospital last week with a heart problem, my doctor said I need to get out of my 2ton diesel I am a 72 yr old lady who lives alone. After being in the hospital last week with a heart problem, my doctor said I need to get out of my 2ton diesel truck because of the strain of getting into it (4wheel drive. so high off ground) and the strength if took to stir, brake, etc. The first truck I was shown and drove had a faulty transmission (very obvious). The second one was seemingly good. I wrote a check for the total price and drove home. Upon reentering the truck to go someplace, it would not start. Long story short, had to cancel check, have truck towed back to dealership and forget the idea of buying from such people. The sales experience was wonderful but when I called about the problem the rudeness set in acting as if I didn't know what I was doing. Bottom line, the fuel pump was out. Why would they strap anyone but especially an old woman with such a vehicle? I am mad, frustrated, hurt, etc. Would not ever go back there. More
