Great experience I found the vehicle online and was going to have to travel a couple hours to see the vehicle. I called ahead to see if the vehicle was still available and they were extremely helpful in setting up and appointment for me to look at that specific vehicle and others similar to it in my price range. Charged for service contract that did not want. (Charged for Service Contract that I did not want or ask for) I did not get my finance paperwork until 5 days after purchase (Joey gladly told me at (Charged for Service Contract that I did not want or ask for) I did not get my finance paperwork until 5 days after purchase (Joey gladly told me at the time of my purchase, that he would email it to me). When I finally got my finance paperwork (5 days later), I noticed that the Joey Desrosiers put a service contract on my purchase, that I told him I did not want for $1640. I immediately turned around and went back into Toyota of Rockwall and spoke with Corey Thomas who told me to come back up to the dealership the next day and tell Joey I wanted it removed. After speaking to Joey the next day, he had me sign a cancellation form (by the way I should have had my contract redone, as I never asked or wanted the service contract to begin with)This is a scam! Now I am paying interest on $1640, until Wells Fargo receives the check from the Service Contract Provider to apply to my loan. I see now after reading the previous reviews, that the customer service rep at Wells Fargo was right when he told me that they have had to issue credit back to the loan quite a bit lately). Now it's onto the TOCCC (TEXAS OFFICE OF CONSUMER CREDIT COMMISSIONER). This is so unethical, especially if Wells Fargo says they have had lots of issues with this. DO NOT EVER LEAVE THE DEALERSHIP WITHOUT YOUR PAPERWORK! Even if they are glad to email it to you!!! More

The dealership is beautiful, and state of the art. I would buy another car from Jonatan Mendoza, and send my friends to see him. He was recommended to me by one of the top mechanics in the DFW Metroplex. I did not like the high pressure sales tactics of the finance guy, who tried to sell me an extended warranty for an hour. I was not prepared in advance to address this issue, and refused to make a decision on the spot. This was a night and day different experience from the one I had with my salesman, Jonatan Mendoza. I felt as if I had been ambushed by the finance man, and it cast a pall over my overall experience with the dealership. More

So glad we checked out this dealership. I inquired on line and was contacted by Matt Brennan. We coresponded by email because he didn’t have my phone number. I asked him many questions and he answered them without any pressure on myself. I finally called him and made an appointment to see and test drive the truck I was getting for my wife. He made us feel very comfortable without any pressuring us which was a refreshing experience. Everything he had told me in emails was exactly what he was delivering, and I must say it is with great joy to deal with a person who is truthful and honest. I will recommend others to Toyota at Rockwall and will no doubt be back in about 1-2 years to get one for myself, just hope Matt will still be there . Terry in finance was great too. More
