When I went to the dealership, Brian was returning from product training and Adamary Valles assisted me in finding the perfect car for me. She was very knowledgeable and patient. Best Car Buying Experience Ever My husband and I have bought many new cars during our lifetime. Most of those experiences were unpleasant. While we always loved our new vehicle, th My husband and I have bought many new cars during our lifetime. Most of those experiences were unpleasant. While we always loved our new vehicle, the actual process to get there was unpleasant at best. From the moment we Got out of our vehicle on our first trip to this dealership, we could tell things were different here. Our salesman, Paul Green, was super nice and helped us with any questions or concerns we had, but he was not hovering over us every second and was definitely not pressuring us. He drove us around in several cars and was very professional, when we left that evening and we’re driving home, the conversation was that wow that was a nice experience. We went home and discussed the cars we saw and decided on the one we wanted to purchase. We looked around, shopped prices and decided that Toyota of Rockwall was going to have our business. While it is an hour and a half drive for us, we felt the benefits out-weighed the inconvenience of the drive. When we came back to make our purchase, Paul was not there but someone on his team helped us, Jonatan Mendoza. He assured us he would split this with Paul. The negotiating process was very smooth, they did not play games with us, our needs and concerns were taken seriously. Start to finish, this dealership was amazing. We left there feeling we got a great deal and had been treated with respect. We would highly recommend Toyota of Rockwall for your car buying needs.
