We had an appt. with a super sales associate (Carl Miller, Internet Sales Manager, and did not wait at all until he was greeting us. Alan, the sales manager, also greeted and welcomed us. Everyone in the dealership wanted to make us welcome. My wife and I had been shopping online and had picked out two that we wanted to see. Mr. Miller had the cars brought up immediately and told us features on both and answered all questions we had. We made our decision and the car we chose was taken back to make ready. What a nice experience the morning turned out to be. We chose Toyota because our previous automobile was a Toyota. We would use Toyota again and again. The pay department came out and very politely introduced himself and paying for the car was fast and thoroughly explained to Tom and myself, Lynn. We couldn't ask for any place to be nicer. More
