However....for the first time ever....car buying was fun. Michael Campbell (sales) and Joey Desrosiers (finance)are friendly, professional and highly competent at their jobs. Clean and pretty facility. Eco-friendly. All the staff are welcoming and helpful. Would I recommend this dealership. Yes! In fact, I already have in multiple media outlets. We were given a no haggle price of $33,500ish from the manager. When I stated that that price was more than the internet, he began to talk down to me telling me to "come on man". I tried to tell him what a fair price was for that particular vehicle and he was rude to my wife and I. This was the rudest I've ever been treated at a dealership. EVER!!!! Rockwall Toyota will never have my business, and I will not be recommending them to anyone. We were very disappointed. More
