My car died I had a 2006 Prius with 170,000 miles and my service tech Carl David met with me and advised me that there were several very serious problems and the I had a 2006 Prius with 170,000 miles and my service tech Carl David met with me and advised me that there were several very serious problems and the cost of repair was very expensive and he stated car was not safe. He referred me to a pre-owned Sales person named Dale Calhoun. Dale was extremely helpful and not judgemental and no pressure. I found a vehicle and we agreed on a price and I was extremely pleased with the safety concern of my service tech Carl David and also very pleased with my sales rep Dale Calhoun; I would highly recommend them both More
A tale of two stories I purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership, the first of which was great. Taylor was a good salesperson and treated myself and my wife very honestly. I purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership, the first of which was great. Taylor was a good salesperson and treated myself and my wife very honestly. The negotiation with Corey was a negotiation but he worked with me to get my family out of a lease and into a purchase. We drove away happy. On my second purchase, I contacted Taylor and he had everything ready for me to go and look at the vehicle. This time Corey greeted me with "You know what time it is, big fella. You and me, its about to go down." Corey made a claim that after our first car deal, I told Taylor that "I would've taken the first offer" which would've meant that I got one over on Corey. He carried these feelings into the negotiation to the point where I left the building and buckled my kids into our car to drive home, because Corey was being rude to me. Taylor ended up giving me a call, working out the negotiation behind closed doors and passed me along to Brent (new hire in Finance) and Brent was awesome. This time, even though Brent was awesome, I drove away angry. I don't understand why I was treated the way I was on my second time into the dealership in less than 2 weeks. I never made the claim to my sales guy, that Corey claims Taylor told him. This one was difficult for me to take because it was a personal attack against me, in front of my 2 toddler boys (sitting with me at the desk across from Corey.) I wouldn't recommend this place. They didn't leave me feeling comfortable when I drove away. More

Low tire pressure I could not get the low tire pressure light to go off even though there was enough air in the tires, so I stopped by without an appointment. They got me in, said it would be an hour and 20 minutes. They found the problem, fixed it, washed the car and had me on my way in just over an hour! More
