Rudest I've ever been treated at a dealership. My wife and I went to look at a used Ford F-150 that they had posted on the internet for $32,100ish. We were given a no haggle price of $33,500ish from the manager. When I stated that that price was more than the internet, he began to talk down to me telling me to "come on man". I tried to tell him what a fair price was for that particular vehicle and he was rude to my wife and I. This was the rudest I've ever been treated at a dealership. EVER!!!! Rockwall Toyota will never have my business, and I will not be recommending them to anyone. We were very disappointed. More
