toyota rockwall is worst place to maintain you vehicle. I went there to normal service of my vehicle and they told me my vehicle have problem in engine which i need to fix urgently . after paying $5500 th I went there to normal service of my vehicle and they told me my vehicle have problem in engine which i need to fix urgently . after paying $5500 they told me my vehicle dosent have engine problem. and they took my money with out any logical reason. and more than that they damaged my heating system plus other mechanical issue. toyota rockwall manage is very very rude and dont know how to deal with customers. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. The service department did not fix mandatory recalls on my vehicle and refused to answer my calls regarding my vehicle. I had numerous calls from sales members trying to sell me a new vehicle and repeatedly asked them to stop. I was getting 6-8 calls a week but never from the service department. When I complained, I was forwarded to the “lead” sales representative and again asked if I was interested in purchasing a new vehicle. Absolutely ridiculous experience. More
