While the Service Rep was doing his job the policies of the Dealership are questionable. I bought a car there, a new battery with an 84month warrantee was installed in the car just before I bought it. Th the Dealership are questionable. They told me that their policy was only 12months since I bought the car from them and not the battery. I have had other issues where they made promises of including car washes for life as part of my service package. They then eliminated the service with no restitution. The owners really don't care about their customers. They try to sell me things I don't need every time. They cleaned my wifes' headlights for $160 and it was a poor job. I spent $12 and 30 minutes when I did my own and they were 4 times better. Rip off. While the people are nice the dealership is questionable. More

Waited 5 HOURS for an AC check due to it having issues remaining cold, especially during longer drives. My service advisor checked in with them and said it was in the middle of testing when my vehicle had remaining cold, especially during longer drives. My service advisor checked in with them and said it was in the middle of testing when my vehicle had been sitting in the parking lot for nearly 1.5 hours. Their excuse was they were waiting on a more qualified tech to look at it and forcing me to waste my entire day. I had to head straight home instead of getting needed errands done because my animals needed let out. Scott was helpful in getting my vehicle back in and out when I wanted to take my keys and leave. They didn't charge, but I've had issues with waiting on services at this Toyota for months! I shouldn't have to be waiting a minimum 3 hours for an oil change when I have an appointment!! More

Highly impressed with the customer service of this service department. Kacy was very knowledgeable and understood my concerns. Was able to pull up my service history. Technician found other issues I was not aware of that I thought my home dealership should have caught since I just had the tires rotated the first part of January this year. Kacy was busy with another client so Mick asked if he could help. Answered all my questions, didn't make me feel like a "dumb" female which I REALLY appreciated. Gave his suggestions and I had my rear brakes replaced. Highly recommend this service center. I only use dealerships for my cars so that I know Toyota parts are used and I trust them. More
