Stephanie is always super nice and helpful, but I don’t understand why I make an appointment to still wait 2.5 hours for services. If I make an appointment I would assume a service tech would be available understand why I make an appointment to still wait 2.5 hours for services. I took my husbands car in for routine maintenance, and Stephanie informed me there was $3500 worth of issues that needed immediate attention due to not keeping up with the maintenance.
