I have always been pleased with the service at this Toyota Dealer, especially my personal care fellow, Cesar. HOWEVER , I was disappointed after I spent $700 on August 18, that they did not wash my ca Toyota Dealer, especially my personal care fellow, Cesar. HOWEVER , I was disappointed after I spent $700 on August 18, that they did not wash my car for me. Communication was so-so. I waited in waiting room for the 90,000 mile inspection and oil change. When more work was needed, the courtesy driver took me to Costco. The miscommunication occurred then as they did not pick me up afterwards. It required a second phone call . More
